In this expansive, sun-drenched garden in Woodside, the homeowners established the structural framework and turned to us for planting design. Inspired by the client’s upbringing in Hawaii, the palette evokes a tropical sensibility while remaining water-wise. Lavender, kangaroo paw, and kniphofia provide vibrant seasonal color, while arbutus, sage, protea, and carex form a lush green backdrop as they come into bloom.
